For example, the sword named Death Wish gives a huge bonus to three of your spells. What you're really looking for are items that amplify the damage of a particular spell. You generally want to play the build that you have the best equipment for. If you do decide to make a new character, I'm having a blast with my charge and HotA Barbarian, the Akkhan set for Crusader will allow you to make the most OP build in the game (condemn crusader), and the Necromancer set serves as the backbone for a nice Bone Lance build (also top tier). My gf and I have been taking advantage of the seasonal mode and its a lot more fun to have something to build towards while you play. Plus, its an opportunity to start a seasonal character of a different class and get that to 70 and do the same set of challenges to get that set without having to grind it out too. Based on what seems to be the set seasonal rotation listed here the next season will give out the Tal Rasha set for Mage as the Haedrig's Gift set. You always receive the maximum bonus whenever a nearby Elite monster is Ignited. Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but if you don't mind waiting and maybe playing another character for ~1 month you can get the full Tal Rasha set by doing a series of easy-ish challenges when the next season hits. ( 6) Set: Your damage is increased by 120% and damage taken reduced by 3% for each enemy that is Ignited. ![]() If an enemy is burning due to three different skills simultaneously the enemy will Ignite, taking 3000% weapon damage per second until they die. This effect can be repeated a second and third time by different skills. ( 4) Set: Dealing Fire damage with one of your skills causes the enemy to take 1000% weapon damage as Fire per second for 3 seconds. ![]() ![]() ( 2) Set: When you die, a meteor falls from the sky and revives you.
